Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Orders under $49: $6.99 flat rate, 10-20 business days.
Orders $49 and over: FREE shipping, 10-20 business days.

All orders are shipped with full tracking. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe.

Where do orders ship from?

Terranook products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China. This is how we keep prices fair while maintaining strict quality control over every product. Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 3-5 days to appear after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For most orders, no additional fees apply. In rare cases, your local customs office may charge import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
